Another year is coming to a close. It is my hope that your year has been rewarding and you have gained knowledge and experience. Each day we have the opportunity to learn. When we fail to take that opportunity we take a step back. To be a leader we must continually seize the opportunity every day to learn all we can and challenge others.
Congratulations to all students that stepped forward and became a part of SkillsUSA. Though their names may not be listed below, they have gained knowledge. Of the names listed on the winners list for Region 2 competition, each of them gained knowledge on time and pressure to help them with their lives.
The names listed below belong to students who stepped up to the plate and kept swinging and have been awarded by the state and industry with the recognition of being in the top 3 in the state in their chosen field of studies.
Employers are always looking for those who are not afraid to take the challenge.
